PRTSC.BIN
  Bin, Bytes: 6272, Count: 40, 28-Dec-94(24-Oct-97)

Title : Program that gives PRINT SCREEN function
Keywords: PRINT SCREEN C-64 1525 TEXT HI-RES GRAPHICS

This program gives you a PRINT SCREEN function, whether you are in text mode
or hi-res graphics mode. In text mode you may select either the printer's
font, or copy your screen display with the printer in graphics mode. That
lets you get a printout of designs in your screen display that use graphic
characters, without the gap between character rows. If your computer uses a
special character set, the printer will reproduce it. View your Doodles
with CSLIDE, and press CONTROL/RESTORE to print them. For the C-64 and 1525
  printer.

SPYNE.SDA
  Bin, Bytes: 19072, Count: 15, 05-Oct-97

Title : "SPYNE", for creating large archives
Keywords: C-64 C64 ARCHIVER SPYNE FORMAT

This is an SDA (Self-Dissolving Archive) file for the Commodore-64.
The file should be loaded and run; it will then produce three files,
requiring 78 free blocks total. The first file, "spyne", will let you
archive a collection of up to 144 files, totaling 65502 blocks (16,637,508
bytes) maximum. The resulting file will be a self-extracting, auto-run,
  type.

JOIN.BIN
  Bin, Bytes: 4864, Count: 7, 05-Oct-97

  Title : "JOIN.BIN", a C-64 utility
Keywords: C-64 C64 JOIN COMBINE CONCATENATE SPLICE

This is a Commodore-64 utility for joining up to ten files
together. Either one or two disk drives may be used, and there is protection
against trying to make the resulting file too large to fit on the
  destination disk. Load"filename",N and run.

DIRECT.BIN
  Bin, Bytes: 7808, Count: 60, 13-Jun-91(23-Sep-97)

Title : C-64 DISK DIRECTORY ORGANIZER
Keywords: DISK DIRECTORY ORGANIZER ALPHABETIZE C64 1541

This program, for use with a C-64 and 1541, will organize a disk directory
in any desired order. Or you may alphabetize, with one keystroke.
File types may be changed to PRG, SEQ, or USR. Also locked or unlocked. No
need to VALIDATE when finished. It is a BASIC program with annotated ML
SYSes. As such, the user may modify it, to change menu wording, etc. If
informed that other features are desired, I will be glad to add them.
  LOAD"FILENAME",8

HIDDEN.BIN
  Bin, Bytes: 4608, Count: 73, 28-Jul-92(23-Sep-97)

Title : C-64 Utility to Make Disk Files Invisible
Keywords: C-64 1541 DISK FILE DIRECTORY INVISIBLE HIDDEN

This program, for the C-64 and 1541, will let you hide disk files. When
you LOAD"$",8 and LIST the directory, they will not be visible. But you can
LOAD and read them (if you remember their names). And so can programs that
use them. Perhaps you don't want family members to know about your letters
to Santa. The 144 file limit is decreased for each file that you hide.
Should you later decide to make them visible, just RUN this program again.
  LOAD "filename",8 and RUN.

1750-C64.BIN
  Bin, Bytes: 5632, Count: 5, 05-Aug-97

  Title : Program for C-64 & 1750 REU, to STASH & FETCH
Keywords: C-64 C64 1750 REU RAM EXPANSION UNIT

This file is for the C-64 user who has a 1750 Ram Expansion Unit
(REU). The 1750 was produced for the C-128, but works fine with a C-64 if
you use a hefty power supply for the computer. The C-64's BASIC lacks the
STASH, FETCH, and SWAP commands of the C-128's BASIC 7.0, but this program
will let you STASH up to eight BASIC programs in the REU, for later
   FETCHing. Documentation included.

Title : Transfer tape to disk
Keywords: DISK TAPE TRANSFER BASIC DYNAMIC-KEYBOARD BRANDON

I wrote this back when I had a Vic-20. It works also on the 64.

It reads a program from tape and saves it to disk, using the
dynamic-keyboard technique. I do not believe it will handle ML programs
  correctly.

Does anyone use tape anymore? :)

FILUTI.BIN
  Bin, Bytes: 8832, Count: 157, 17-Jan-92(13-May-97)

  Title : C-64, 1541/1571/1581 Text File Converter
Keywords: C64 1541 1571 1581 ASCII PETASCII TEXT FILE CONVERTER CONVERT

This file is for the C-64, and the 1541 or 1571 or 1581 disk drive. It will
convert a text file from ASCII to PETASCII, or from PETASCII to ASCII. The
main feature of the program is that the maximum size of the file that can be
processed, is the capacity of the disk. You may also select either no
linefeeds, or one linefeed, after each carriage return. The
default conversion tables may be inspected and modified. LOAD"filename",8
  and RUN.

SLICE.BIN
  Bin, Bytes: 2560, Count: 73, 03-Oct-91(13-May-97)

  Title : C-64 File Slicer
Keywords: C-64 1541 1571 1581 FILE SLICE SPLIT CHOP SLICER

This program, for the C-64 and 1541 or 1571 or 1581 disk drive, will slice
a file into sections of equal length (except for possibly the last section).
Select the number of disk blocks for each slice, and you will get files
named "SLICE 1", "SLICE 2", etc. The maximum size of the file to be sliced
is the disk capacity. To splice the slices together again,
use "SPLICE.BIN", also in this library (not for use with 1581).
  LOAD"FILENAME",8 and RUN.

RAMCHECK.BIN
  Bin, Bytes: 512, Count: 26, 26-Apr-97

Title : Program for finding defective DRAM IC's.
Keywords: RAM DRAM MEMORY CHECK C-64 C64

This file, for the C-64, will check the computer's RAM. The check may not
be needed, if you see "38911 BASIC BYTES FREE" on power-up. But there are
24 K other bytes that can be used; this file checks all 65534
bytes. Load"filename",8,8; be sure to type that in in the top half of the
screen. Soon you should see an error count for each data-bus bit. If all
counts are zero except for a few, use this table to determine which IC
  to replace.

MIME.BIN
  Bin, Bytes: 4480, Count: 47, 04-May-95(31-Mar-97)

Title : Decoder for "MIME/Base64" encoded binary data
  Keywords: C-64 1541 1571 1581 INTERNET BASE64 MIME ENCODED

This program, for the C-64, may be used with either one or two disk
drives (1541, 1571, 1581). You will be able to decode Internet text
messages containing encoded binary data, if the "MIME" ("base64") encoding
method was used. That method is similar to UUencoding, but without error
checking. You should see many lines of text gibberish, all lines of equal
length. And shortly before the data start, you should see "base64". Save
the message to a disk file (either PRG or SEQ), without ASCII to PETASCII
  translation.

IDEAV2.BIN
  Bin, Bytes: 14438, Count: 24, 05-Mar-97

  Title : Directory Editor
  Keywords: DIRECTORY EDITOR QLINK BRANDON

I downloaded this directory editor from QuantumLink some years ago, and
remain very much impressed with it to this day. Hope you find it useful. The
program was written by D. Matt Corey of Boise, Idaho.
